Payments, Cancellation, and Refunds Policy

 

1. How much do your programmes cost?

  • Study Twi Online Course: £250

  • Study Twi Academy: £450

  • Twi Pro Programme: £750

Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. Any modifications will apply only to new programme purchases and not to existing bookings.

 

2. How far in advance can I book?

  • Study Twi Online Course: Access begins on the programme start date or as specified during your enrolment.

  • Study Twi Academy and Twi Pro Programme:

    • Group live lessons are scheduled bi-weekly and occur at the same time every two weeks for the duration of the course. Dates and times will be based on the availability of tutors and enrolled students.

    • For the 3 x 1:1 lessons in the Twi Pro Programme, you can schedule sessions at any time and day that suits you, subject to tutor availability.

 

3. What are your payment methods?

Payments are accepted through our website via:

  • Bank card

  • Bank transfer

  • PayPal

  • Invoice

No cash or cheque payments are allowed unless agreed upon in writing with Study Twi.

 

4. Can I get a refund?

We are confident you’ll love our programmes, and we’re proud to say that our students rarely request refunds. However, we understand that circumstances may change.

You are eligible for a refund within 7 days of enrolment, provided:

  • You have a proven track record of attempting the course activities and materials, showing a fair effort to engage with the programme.

  • You submit a written request to askstudytwi@gmail.com detailing your reasons for seeking a refund.

Refunds are subject to a processing fee and will be issued by bank transfer. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.

Refunds are not available after 7 days.

 

5. Can I reschedule my lessons?

  • Group Lessons (Academy & Twi Pro Programme):
    These sessions occur at the same time every two weeks and cannot be rescheduled. If you miss a session, it cannot be made up, but recordings (if applicable) may be provided.

  • 1:1 Lessons (Twi Pro Programme):
    Notice of cancellation or rescheduling must be given in writing to Study Twi or your tutor at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will be billed at the usual rate or deducted from your lesson balance, unless valid medical documentation is provided.

If lessons are consistently rescheduled or cancelled without reasonable cause, Study Twi reserves the right to terminate the contract.

 

6. What happens if I’m late for my lesson?

  • If the Client is Late:
    The tutor may choose to wait and conduct the lesson for the remaining time but is not obligated to extend the session. The lesson will be charged at the full price regardless of the time missed.

  • If the Tutor is Late:
    Any lost time will be made up at a mutually agreed-upon time between the client and the tutor.

  • If the Tutor is Unavailable:
    Study Twi will offer either an alternative tutor or reschedule the lesson at a convenient time.

 

7. Can I cancel my enrollment?

Before enrolling, we recommend reviewing your commitments to ensure you can fully participate in your selected programme.

  • You may cancel within 7 days of booking and request a refund, provided you’ve made a genuine attempt to engage with the programme (e.g., attending a session, completing activities). If no effort has been made to access or engage with the course, a refund will not be issued.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to askstudytwi@gmail.com and will include a processing fee.

  • After 7 days, no refunds or cancellations are permitted due to the digital nature of the course.

 

8. Can unused lessons be transferred to another course or programme?

Unused lesson time cannot be transferred to another course, programme, or student.

 

9. What happens if I’m paying in instalments?

  • For clients paying in instalments, all scheduled payments must be completed on time to maintain access to the programme.

  • If a payment is missed, Study Twi will make one additional attempt to process the payment and will contact you to resolve the issue.

  • If the payment remains unpaid after this attempt, you will be automatically removed from the programme and lose access to all course materials, group sessions, and tutor support.

  • No refunds will be issued for any completed instalments.
